About organist Matthew McMahan:
Matthew McMahan has performed in the eastern United States, Canada and Europe. In addition to performing as an organ recitalist, Mr. McMahan enjoys spending time as a choral clinician. A native of Alabama, Matt received his undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama. In addition, he also holds graduate degrees from Westminster Choir College, Princeton, New Jersey. He began the study of piano at an early age with his mother, Bobbie Bennett McMahan, also an alumna of Westminster Choir College. Further study in piano was with Ronald and Ann Surace.
